REPAIR POLICY

Items turned into rBc Music Store for repair are subject to repair policies.

Once items are repaired and initial contact with the customer is made the customer has 30 days to pay for and pick up their item. If the 30 days pass without payment or pick up, we reserve the right to sell the item for the cost of the repair.

Once the item is taken out of the store customers have 48 hours to assess the repair. If any simple adjustments included in the initial repair need to be made the customer must bring the item back within the 48-hour period for free adjustments.
